In this role, you will leverage various channels to generate leads, promote SeadNXTs offerings, and foster long-term relationships with school heads and trustees. Hiring Across PAN-India | Immediate Openings in: Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, Coimbatore, Ernakulam, Karnal, Chandigarh, Delhi, Lucknow Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research to identify and target new leads in the education sector. Engage with a minimum of 100 schools in your assigned territory, ensuring consistent engagement throughout the year. Use multiple communication channels (phone calls, emails, social media) to generate and qualify leads. Provide detailed information about SeadNXTs programs and offerings to prospective students and school decision-makers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Track and manage sales opportunities throughout the sales pipeline. Conduct regular visits to school heads and owners, including personal visits and shadowing team members. Represent SeadNXT at school conferences, associations, and professional bodies to promote the brand and build relationships. Collaborate with the sales team and leadership to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Preferred Candidate Profile: Education: Postgraduate (preferably in Marketing). A Bachelors degree is required. Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and public relations skills. A results-oriented, go-getter attitude with the ability to drive sales results. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively (100% travel required).
