Sales Manager

Our Upcoming Brand River is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales performance and lead a team of sales consultants. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automobile sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance evaluations for team members.
• Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring key sales KPIs are met.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive showroom and field sales.
• Work closely with management to set realistic sales goals and action plans.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback to enhance their buying experience.
• Coordinate with marketing and finance teams for smooth sales operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales performance and customer interactions in CRM software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
