Role: Manager – Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager

Experience: 8+ Years

Location: Vapi & Silvassa

Experience: Minimum 6 yrs Experience in Real estate industry is a must


Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝘀 to drive business development, consistently identify leads, and build strong client relationships.

2. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗿 a team of sales executives to achieve targets aligned with business goals; act as a brand ambassador during client interactions and negotiations.

3. 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆/𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 via Target Sheets; identify performance gaps and recommend improvement strategies.

4. Prepare and manage 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗠𝗜𝗦 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀, conduct 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀, and support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.

5. Design and implement 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 that align with business objectives and motivate high performance across the sales team.

6. Collaborate with the team to meet prospects, conduct site visits, and convert proposals into confirmed bookings through relationship-building.

7. Maintain accurate records in ERP systems and generate actionable reports to support business growth.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, pricing dynamics, construction activity, and market movements to inform sales strategy.

9. Ensure team motivation and engagement through regular goal alignment and performance tracking.

10. Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage team concerns and escalations.


What should you bring in?

  • 1. Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8 Years of relevant experience in Real Estate.
  • 2. Master’s Degree or MBA with 8+ Years of experience in Real Estate or B2C or equivalent
  • 3. Fluency in relevant local languages and English.
  • 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 5. Knowledge of legal documentation work in real estate will be an added advantage.
  • 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • 7. Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.
  • 8. Excellent team handling skills and a previous consistent Sales growth record.
