𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄
As Sales Manager – Distribution, you will lead distribution growth via IFAs, national distributors, banks, and wealth managers. You’ll engage partners, drive product knowledge, foster relationships, and help achieve sales targets.
📌 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
𝙋𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙧 𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩:
• Nurture and expand relationships with IFAs, national distributors, banks, and wealth managers
• Regularly engage through calls, emails, and on-site visits to address needs, provide updates, and deepen product penetration and AUM growth
𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩 𝙏𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 & 𝙀𝙣𝙖𝙗𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩:
• Conduct engaging product presentations and training sessions
• Share fund performance insights, and market and strategy updates
𝙎𝙖𝙡𝙚𝙨 𝙋𝙚𝙧𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 & 𝙋𝙞𝙥𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩:
• Own sales targets for assigned territories/channels
• Track pipelines, compile reports, and uncover growth opportunities
• Resolve partner queries efficiently
𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 & 𝘿𝙤𝙘𝙪𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣:
• Ensure adherence to SEBI regulations and internal compliance standards
• Assist partners with application and documentation processes
𝘾𝙍𝙈 & 𝘼𝙙𝙢𝙞𝙣:
• Maintain detailed CRM records of partner interactions, feedback, and activities
• Support sales collateral preparation and distribution
🎯 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Bachelor’s in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA is a plus)
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2–3 years in financial services sales (mutual funds, broking, banking, wealth). Freshers with strong aptitude are welcome.
HNI acquisition, working with HNI and UHNI customers and AIF sales is a must.
✅ 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Strong verbal and written communication in English + Hindi / Marathi / Gujarati
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Quick learner with a keen interest in financial products and market trends
• Customer-first approach with strong problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated and proactive, adaptable to both independent and team environments
• Fundamental financial knowledge (AIFs, markets, investment concepts)
