Sales Manager - Home Textile Division

You are a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with experience in sales strategy, distributor/channel management, and building client relationships in the home textile or allied industries. Your role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, analyzing market trends, and identifying growth opportunities. You will manage and motivate the sales team, onboard distributors, and conduct training sessions for product knowledge enhancement. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, handling negotiations, and ensuring exceptional customer service are crucial aspects of your job. Collaboration with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and participation in brand-building activities will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications and Skills required for this role include a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration or Marketing, at least 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in textiles/home furnishings/FMCG, a strong understanding of textile product lines and market dynamics, proven track record of meeting sales targets, excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales analytics tools, and willingness to travel extensively for market development.
