Position Title: Manager – Health Camp Services
Location: West Region (Maharashtra, MP and Goa)
Reports To: Director
Role Overview
We are seeking a mature and dynamic professional to lead the sales and execution of health camp services in Thane, Palghar, and Nashik districts. The Person will serve as the key liaison with Zilla Parishads, Municipal Corporations, and local authorities, ensuring smooth organization and successful delivery of health camps.
The role requires both relationship-building (sales/account management) and on-ground operational leadership of a technician team that conducts diagnostic tests such as Anemia, Diabetes, HbA1c, and additional parameters. This is a critical role bridging diagnostic operations expertise with sales and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with district health authorities, Zilla Parishads, and Municipal Corporations.
Identify opportunities for new health camps, present proposals, and secure approvals/funding.
Act as the single point of contact for all government and institutional stakeholders.
Ensure timely communication, reporting, and account management with clients.
Camp Operations & Coordination
Plan, schedule, and execute end-to-end health camps in coordination with authorities.
Lead a team of technicians and field staff to conduct diagnostic tests at the camps.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and efficient camp flow.
Manage logistics, supplies, and troubleshooting during camp execution.
Team Leadership
Supervise and guide technicians in handling devices, collecting samples, and managing data.
Train and motivate the team to deliver a professional, citizen-friendly experience.
Foster accountability and discipline within the operations team.
MIS & Reporting
Ensure accurate data capture, MIS preparation, and timely reporting to clients.
Maintain proper records of tests conducted, beneficiary details, and outcomes.
Share performance updates, utilization reports, and impact summaries with management and funders.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
Experience: 8–10 years in diagnostic operations, preferably with exposure to field-based diagnostic services or lab management.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of diagnostic workflows (sample collection, testing, reporting).
Ability to transition into a sales/account management role while leveraging technical expertise.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational ability with focus on execution and results.
Team leadership skills – ability to manage and inspire field technicians.
Proficiency in preparing reports, presentations, and MIS documentation.
Personality: Mature, reliable, self-motivated, and capable of handling both government relations and operational execution.
Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within Thane, Palghar, and Nashik districts.
