Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Panaji. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Their day-to-day tasks include overseeing the sales process, evaluating sales performance, providing training and support, and building strong relationships with clients. Additionally, the Sales Manager will work on market analysis, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Experience in Sales Management and developing sales strategies
• Team leadership, training, and support skills
• Strong client relationship-building and customer service skills
• Analytical skills for market analysis and sales performance evaluation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in preparing sales reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Panaji
