Job Description

Job Title: Sales Manager / Assistant Sales Manager

Location: Pune

Experience: 4–7 years in Sales / Business Development

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and guide an allotted team of Sales Managers to achieve targets.
Conduct customer meetings to build and maintain strong business relationships.
Generate new sales leads and explore business opportunities across segments.
Present company capabilities and solutions to prospective clients.
Drive sales acquisitions and ensure timely updates of sales activities in
Zoho CRM
.
Ensure documentation, agreements, and compliance for all new business.
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
Handle first-level escalations related to delivery, collections, and services.
Track
FTB (First Time Billing) receipts
and ensure timely revenue realization.
Engage regularly with mapped customers to enhance relationships.
Identify opportunities for
cross-selling
and
up-selling
within existing accounts.
Maintain sales hygiene, reporting accuracy, and represent
Gazon
as a trusted brand in the market.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
Proven experience in sales acquisition and customer relationship management.
Knowledge of CRM tools (preferably
Zoho
).
Ability to handle client escalations effectively and ensure resolution.
Target-oriented with a strong business acumen.

Qualification

Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
