Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a B2B Sales Manager. The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. They will create and execute sales strategies, meet sales targets, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, negotiating contracts, presenting solutions, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competition.

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools
Knowledge of the ISP industry and related services is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
