Role Overview: As a B2B Sales Manager at our gemstones brand located in Gurugram, your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand our supply network, manage client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Your day-to-day tasks will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, generating leads, conducting client meetings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring partner satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase the supply network - Manage client relationships effectively to achieve sales targets - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth - Generate leads and convert them into successful partnerships - Conduct client meetings to understand their requirements and negotiate contracts - Ensure partner satisfaction by providing excellent service and support Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, and Account Management with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales preferred - Skills in Relationship Management, Negotiation, and Client Retention - Proficiency in Market Research, Sales Strategy Development, and Lead Generation - Strong Communication and Presentation skills - Familiarity with CRM Tools and other Sales Management Software - Experience in the diamond grading or gemstone industry is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred,
