Sales Manager- Freight Forwarding

As a Sales Manager in Freight Forwarding based in Noida, your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and exploring business development opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective sales strategies in the freight forwarding industry - Manage customer relationships and explore new business development opportunities - Identify potential clients and prepare proposals to meet their requirements - Negotiate contracts and ensure revenue targets are achieved - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in sales strategies, business development, and client relationship management within the freight forwarding or logistics industry - Proficiency in contract negotiation, customer engagement, and proposal preparation - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities - Experience working in a fast-paced logistics or freight forwarding environment - Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts successfully - Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and customs clearing processes - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a full-time capacity with benefits including health insurance and provident fund.
