Your Mission

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of

  tele- sales

  closers focused on upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
• Develop and execute

  tele-sales

  strategies to increase revenue, average order value, and repeat purchase rates.
• Monitor daily sales performance, ensuring the team consistently meets and exceeds targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer success teams to refine sales scripts, offers, and follow-up sequences.
• Build and maintain a high-performance sales culture rooted in accountability, customer connection, and results.
• Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, and training needs.
• Report KPIs, conversion rates, and pipeline forecasts to leadership on a weekly basis.

What You Bring

• 4–6+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a

  tele-sales management

  or

  team lead

  capacity.
• Proven success in

  eCommerce or DTC sales

  (experience in skincare, beauty, or health industry preferred).

  Tele-Sales Leadership Experience would be great.

• Strong understanding of sales funnels, CRM systems (HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar), and performance metrics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
• A data-driven mindset with a focus on optimizing conversions and customer lifetime value.
• High adaptability and self-motivation in a remote, fast-paced environment.
