Job Role:

Direct Channel

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Planning & Execution

  • Achieve monthly and annual disbursement & book size targets.
  • Plan and execute sales activities considering local market dynamics, competition, and customer segments.
  • Identify and source potential customers through field visits, references, and local networking.

2. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Acquire new customers (salaried & self-employed) for Home Loan / LAP / Micro LAP.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners.
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless and satisfactory customer experience throughout the loan lifecycle.

3. Portfolio & Risk Management

  • Pre-screen and assess credit quality of leads before submission.
  • Coordinate with Risk and Operations teams for timely approval and disbursement.
  • Monitor portfolio quality to minimize NPAs.
  • Ensure adherence to all compliance, KYC, and documentation norms.

4. Market Intelligence & Reporting

  • Track competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Provide regular updates and MIS reports on disbursements, NPAs, and target achievement.
  • Identify new business opportunities and recommend strategies to improve market share.

5. Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with Sales Manager, Area Head, and cross-functional teams (Risk, Operations, HR, IT).
  • Participate in training programs and development initiatives to enhance product and process knowledge.

  • Achieving high sales volume in a competitive and rate-sensitive market.
  • Maintaining portfolio quality while meeting growth targets.
  • Managing customer expectations and ensuring compliance simultaneously.
  • Building relationships in a dynamic, field-based, and high-pressure environment.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Commercial acumen & customer orientation
  • Sound knowledge of HL / LAP / Micro LAP products
  • Local market understanding and networking ability
  • Process discipline and documentation accuracy

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education:

    Graduate (any stream)
  • Experience:

    • 12 years for Sales Officer
    • 34 years for Sr. Sales Officer (BFSI / NBFC Home Loan / LAP sales preferred)
  • Age:

    Below 33 years
  • CIBIL Score:

    Minimum 650
  • Gender:

    Male / Female both eligible
  • Mandatory Requirements:

    • Two-wheeler with valid driving license
    • Prior field sales experience
