Location Gurugram, Haryana Role The Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and pursuing sales and other business opportunities. It involves implementing strategic market outreach plans. Key Responsibilities Implement outreach to new clients. Connect with relevant existing client contacts and develop relationship for cross-sell/up-sell. Identify new business opportunities and expand to new domestic markets/client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, resolve client issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Update SLAs and manage client communications before, during, and after engagement. Work closely with other departments, e.g. lead generation, to ensure coordinated efforts. Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Stay informed about emerging technologies and developments that could impact the business. Ensure clear and effective communication Qualifications Demonstrated ability to network effectively and establish strong interpersonal connections. Proficient in delivering presentations, capable of conveying complex information. Commitment to maintain the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality in all interactions. Exceptional skills in written communication. Good understanding of the Compliance & Regulatory sector. Preferred educational background includes a degree in MBA, or Post-Graduate qualifications in Finance, Banking, or Business Development. Professional experience ranging from 5-9 years.
