It involves implementing strategic market outreach plans. Key Responsibilities Implement outreach to new clients. Connect with relevant existing client contacts and develop relationship for cross-sell/up-sell. Identify new business opportunities and expand to new domestic markets/client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Negotiate contracts, resolve client issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Update SLAs and manage client communications before, during, and after engagement. Work closely with other departments, e.g. lead generation, to ensure coordinated efforts.
