Role Description: Drive sales and revenue growth across the Delhi region through franchise development and outlet performance. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential franchise partners and B2B clients. Support and oversee existing café outlets to ensure consistent sales performance and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular market research and site visits to analyse trends, competitors, and location feasibility. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for local promotions, events, and brand visibility. Maintain strong relationships with franchise partners, vendors, and key customers. Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets; prepare and share performance reports with management. Coordinate with field staff and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely execution of business goals. Communicate effectively in Hindi and English. Skills & Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2 to 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in F&B, retail, or franchise operations. Strong understanding of franchise development and Delhi NCR market dynamics. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English; Bengali is an added advantage. Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, sales reporting, and basic data analysis. Strong negotiation, client relationship management, and team coordination abilities.
