Requirements Minimum 10years B2B sales of experience in the ITES industry Demonstrated ability to lead distributed teams and manage performance against aggressive revenue Strong business acumen and understanding of ITES service delivery model Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Preferred qualification Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is must, and Masters in business administration or equivalent Experience selling into industries such as ITES, Automotive components, Logistics, or Manufacturing is desirable.
