Job Description

Key Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential retail locations for clients/investors in malls, corporate parks, metro and railway stations, high-street markets, universities, and hospitals. Assist clients during lease negotiations with property owners and brokers to finalize site agreements. Supervise site execution work during fabrication and coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with vendors to procure products; obtain and compare a minimum of three quotations for each requirement. Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned, relevant to leasing and business development. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate firm or a similar industry role. Proven ability to independently scout and secure retail spaces. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Presentable, professional demeanor; age below 32 years. Must own a two-wheeler for local travel and site visits.
