Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Manage 40 to 50 calls daily. Handle initial sales query and scheduling meetings with clients. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Maintain call logs and follow-up schedules. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams for campaign follow-ups. Required Skills: Must be passionate for calling profile. Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English. Confident and polite phone etiquette. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Google Sheets). Ability to handle rejections and remain persistent. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or a related role. Graduation in any field.
