Role Description: · Assist in the preparation of chai, snacks, and food items under the guidance of senior chefs. · Learn and follow Delhi Chai Café’s standard recipes and kitchen hygiene protocols. · Help with ingredient preparation, cutting, cleaning, and kitchen setup. · Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and assist in daily kitchen operations. · Support in stocking inventory and managing basic kitchen supplies. · Be open to learning new cooking methods, presentation styles, and kitchen responsibilities. · Ensure proper food handling and safety standards at all times. Required Skills: · Basic understanding of Indian cooking and a willingness to learn café-style food preparation. · Good hygiene habits and attention to cleanliness. · Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment. · Teamwork and discipline in kitchen coordination. · Eagerness to build a long-term culinary career in the café/QSR industry .
