Job Description

Calendar and schedule management: Coordinate and organize appointments, meetings, and events.
Communication management: Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, and handle outgoing correspondence.
Travel coordination: Make all travel arrangements and create detailed itineraries.
Document and report preparation: Draft, compile, and prepare reports, presentations, and other documents.
Administrative support: Handle general office tasks, file documents, and manage office supplies.
Confidentiality: Maintain discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Salary range will be in between 20k to 22k.

Preferably fresher candidates with good English speaking will work.

Experience 1 to 2 years preferred.
