Responsibilities: - Generate new business for BIM, Structural Engineering, and MEP Services, achieving revenue targets. - Build and maintain relationships with Architects, Consultants, and Contractors. - Identify prospects, manage the sales cycle, and close deals. - Develop and execute plans to penetrate key markets. - Manage sales processes for opportunities in assigned territories/accounts. Requirements: - Experience: 1-4 years in sales or project management within architecture/engineering services. - Familiarity with outsourcing/offshoring business models is a plus. Skills: - Proven sales expertise, ability to work independently, willingness to travel, and familiarity with Salesforce is an advantage. Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (postgraduate in Management/Business preferred).

We are looking for Sr. Modeler, who Creates models in accordance with customer requirements and engineers design constraints and handles the team accordingly. Responsibilities: Modeling: Create and manage detailed 3D models using Tekla Structures for various construction projects. Detailing: Produce accurate shop drawings, erection drawings, and material lists. Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and project specifications are met. Quality Control: Review and check models and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards. Documentation: Maintain organized records of models, drawings, and revisions. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior modelers (for Senior Modeler role). Project Management: Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
