Sales & Marketing Executive

Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying potential clients through various methods like cold calling, networking, and social media.

· Product/Service Presentations: Demonstrating and presenting the company's products or services to potential customers.

· Sales Negotiation: Negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing to close deals and achieve sales goals.

• Sales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records, tracking sales progress, and generating reports on sales performance.
• Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
• Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Client Management: Managing existing accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and resolving client issues.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in import and export marketing. Candidates should have experience in international marketing.

Qualifications:

Any graduate with certification of MBA, specifically in sales & marketing

Skills:

· Strong communication skill verbal as well as written.

· Effective knowledge of sales technique and strategies.

· Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Analytical skills and ability to analyse sales data.

· Candidates should have sound knowledge of Hindi, English & Tamil.
