Job Description

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The Personal Assistant will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Maintain contact lists
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to visitors

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Administrative skills
  • English communication skilll should be improved
  • Experience providing executive administrative support
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Event planning experience is a plus
  • Proficient in data entry tasks
