💼 Role Overview

Sales Manager

This role gives you the opportunity to be the face of the project and manage high-value interactions.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

Driving Sales Performance

  • Support planning of annual site sales targets with Site Head & Project Head – Sales.
  • Ensure achievement of sales numbers through systematic follow-ups and on-site deal closures.
  • Manage complete sales lifecycle - enquiry → site visit → negotiation → booking.


Channel Partner Success

  • Build, engage, and activate a strong network of Channel Partners.
  • Provide project orientation, pricing details, construction timeline clarity, and regular updates.


Customer Experience & Coordination

  • Offer accurate information on financing options, construction progress, and maintenance details.
  • Assist CRM & Customer Support teams with deal-specific customer queries.
  • Ensure hassle-free booking formalities before handover to CRM.


Data, Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Maintain accurate data on ERP from enquiry to booking.
  • Prepare weekly MIS with sales analytics and performance insights.
  • Track client-wise sales & recovery status.
  • Map competition, pricing trends, and product differentiators.


Brand & On-Site Experience

  • Implement pre-sales and post-sales brand initiatives with Marketing.
  • Deliver a standardized, premium customer experience at the project site.
  • Represent the organization for HNI & NRI clients along with International Sales Manager.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate / Postgraduate (any stream).
  • 3–7 years of Real Estate Sales experience

    2 years in direct project sales

  • Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle & micromarket knowledge.
