Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven background in the Events and Exhibition industry. This role is critical for driving revenue growth from new and existing clients across our exhibitions and trade shows. You will be responsible for retaining key accounts, re-engaging lapsed clients, and converting new business through booth sales, sponsorships, and integrated packages. The role requires a self-starter who is proactive, strategic, and deeply connected with the exhibition’s ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: · Drive sales and revenue from new and existing exhibitors (booths, sponsorships, ads, integrated packages). · Re-engage lapsed clients who have not participated in recent event cycles. · Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions. · Conduct lead generation via networking, cold calls, digital, industry events, and market research. · Develop and execute sales plans for account growth through upselling and cross-selling. · Provide strategic input based on market trends and customer feedback for event planning and marketing. · Collaborate closely with Exhibition Operations to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery. · Assist with on-site rebooking and client engagement during events. · Maintain updated, accurate CRM records and generate timely sales reports for management. · Resolve client concerns and support the finance team with overdue accounts as needed. · Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to improve positioning and performance. Requirements: · 3–5 years of experience in B2C & B2B Sales within the Exhibitions/Events industry. · Strong knowledge of sales cycles in the exhibitions and sponsorship landscape. · Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Willingness to attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings.
