Job Description

Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented sales manager to drive the sales of our B2B exhibitions, trade delegations, and conferences. This role focuses on generating revenue by securing exhibitors, working with them to ensure the success of their presence at the event, and delivering a positive experience for both exhibitors and event organizers. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a passion for the B2B events industry, and a proven track record in sales. Key Responsibilities: Selling Exhibition Space: Selling booth spaces to exhibitors who want to showcase their products, services, or brand at an event. Sales Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients, including corporations, trade associations, and government agencies. Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to pitch exhibitions, trade delegations, and conferences. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and identify new business opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum: 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the B2B or exhibition industry. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal. Strong background in sales, with the ability to close deals and negotiations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel extensively.
