Role Overview:


Export Sales Manager – PEB


This is a strategic role that combines sales leadership with strong technical, coordination, and project management capabilities.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop, implement, and manage international sales strategies for PEB projects in Nepal and Bhutan.
  • Lead the complete PEB lifecycle — from sales and marketing to engineering, manufacturing, and project delivery.
  • Manage full-scale project execution, including planning, fabrication, erection scheduling, and client coordination.
  • Conduct and participate in project kick-off meetings (internal & client-facing) to define scope and delivery commitments.
  • Review and approve tender documents, contracts, PIS, and erection drawings.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and technical specifications.
  • Monitor fabrication and erection activities, ensuring quality control, stage inspections, and timely delivery.
  • Identify delays, design changes, or client-driven variations and assess cost/time implications.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with cross-functional teams.
  • Resolve technical challenges in collaboration with senior engineering and project teams.
  • Ensure safe work practices at project sites while adhering to zero-harm safety objectives.
  • Drive project completion with the highest standards of construction methodology and on-time delivery.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in Export Sales, International Business, and PEB/Steel Building solutions.
  • Strong background in business planning, project execution, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience in the construction, steel, or PEB industry is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects across regions.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi
