Job Description — Business Development Associate (Doctor Partnerships)

Location: Delhi/Pune/Lucknow/Bhubaneshwar/Vadodara/Hyderabad

Type: Full-time • Travel: Field-heavy (clinic/hospital visits)Comp: Base ₹25k–₹40k/month (DOE) + performance incentives (see below)

Mission

Drive adoption of iCurer Doctor-1 by building trusted relationships with doctors and small clinics, running crisp demos, and converting trials to paid plans—while upholding medical-grade data privacy and ethics.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect & qualify: Map local specialties, build a doctor pipeline (cold/warm outreach, referrals, medical associations).
  • First contact & meeting set: Use short, doctor-friendly scripts; secure demos without over-selling.
  • Demo & consult: Run 10–15 min demos that show (not tell): AI notes, WhatsApp-to-Case, follow-ups, IPD tracking, financing/insurance, analytics.
  • Close & onboard: Handle objections, align on plan (Everyday/Elevate), coordinate onboarding with Success.
  • Retain & grow: Check-ins at 7/30/60 days; gather feedback; expand seats/features.
  • CRM hygiene: Log contacts, notes, next steps; maintain accurate funnel metrics.
  • Brand & compliance: Represent Curer with empathy; follow DPDPA/ABHA and internal privacy SOPs.

Must-have skills

  • Clear, confident communication (English + local language), active listening, note-taking.
  • High credibility and professionalism with senior clinicians.
  • Objection handling; concise demo storytelling.
  • Discipline with CRM, calendar, and follow-ups.
  • Integrity around data privacy; zero-pressure sales ethos.

Good-to-have

  • Healthcare exposure (pharma rep, diagnostics, clinic admin) or B2B SaaS sales.
  • Understanding of clinic workflows (OPD/IPD, billing, follow-ups).
  • Two-wheeler + smartphone proficiency (WhatsApp, Docs, Sheets, basic video call tools).

KPIs (first 90 days)

  • Meetings booked: 6–8/week
  • Demos completed: 4–6/week
  • Conversion: 25–35% demo→paid (quality-gated)
  • Activation: 80% of new clinics active in first 30 days (≥10 consults captured)
  • Retention: 90% at Day-60 for your cohort

Incentives (aligned to quality, not just signups)

  • Per activation bonus: Paid only when the clinic is active for 1 full month (matches your existing “quality onboarding” rule).
  • Tiered monthly kicker: +₹X at 5 activations, +₹Y at 10, +₹Z at 15+.
  • Quarterly retention bonus: For ≥90% Day-60 retention on your cohort.
  • NPS bonus: Extra for clinics rating demo/onboarding ≥9/10.
