Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to lead our credit card sales team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 10-20 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in sales management and a proven track record of driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively. Experience in managing and leading high-performing teams to achieve business objectives.
