Job Title: Sales Manager Location: Mohali, Punjab Industry: Real Estate Experience: 2-5 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to lead the sales operations for our upcoming real estate project in Mohali . This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of the local real estate market, a strong broker network, and a proven track record in delivering high sales performance in new project launches. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team for the upcoming project from pre-launch to handover. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and nurture relationships with clients, channel partners, brokers, and investors. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Coordinate and host site visits, sales events, and client meetings. Oversee lead generation, follow-up processes, and closing of deals. Collaborate closely with marketing and CRM teams to align campaigns with sales goals. Maintain sales reports, funnel tracking, and forecasting for senior management. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies (e.g., RERA). Maintain high standards of client servicing, addressing queries and concerns promptly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the Mohali/Tricity area. Proven ability to manage a team and deliver results under tight deadlines. Strong network with local brokers, channel partners, and real estate consultants. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office tools. Familiarity with real estate regulations, pricing strategies, and market dynamics.
