We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales operations of our Construction Materials Supply Business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy Development and Execution
a. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
b. Identify new markets and customer segments for business expansion.
c. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Team Leadership and Management
a. Recruit, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance.
b. Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team and monitor performance regularly.
c. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
3. Customer Relationship Management
a. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and partners.
b. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
c. Negotiate and close sales contracts with key clients.
4. Operational Efficiency
a. Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to contract finalization and payment collection.
b. Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
c. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations in sales processes.
5. Reporting and Analytics
a. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
b. Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
c. Develop forecasts and budgets for the sales department.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
· Proven track record of at least 5–7 years in sales management, preferably in the construction materials, sand, quarry, or related industries.
· Strong knowledge of sand, quarry, and construction materials markets.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
· Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
