Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. On-Field Business Generation

Territory Management:
Systematically manage and develop a designated geographical territory, prioritizing high-potential HEIs for partnership acquisition.
On-Site Penetration:
Execute a high volume of scheduled and cold on-site visits to Colleges and Universities to establish contact with key decision-makers (Deans, Directors of Admissions, etc.).
Relationship Kick-off:
Use face-to-face meetings to build immediate rapport, conduct detailed needs assessments, and introduce CollegeHais B2B solutions tailored to institutional enrollment challenges.

2. Full Sales Cycle & Negotiation

Proposal Delivery:
Deliver compelling in-person presentations and sales pitches to academic stakeholders, effectively demonstrating the ROI of CollegeHai's platform.
Complex Contract Closure:
Lead high-stakes negotiations for multi-year contracts, ensuring favorable terms for CollegeHai while securing the commitment of partner institutions.
Pipeline Management:
Maintain 100% accurate and up-to-date documentation of all field activities, prospect interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.

3. Travel & Logistics

Mandatory Travel:

Required to travel extensively (70%+ time)
within the assigned territory, including overnight stays, to meet aggressive sales goals.
