About the Role:

Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth in the
commercial interiors segment
.
Generate business opportunities independently and through existing client networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, architects, consultants, and key decision-makers.
Handle the complete sales cycle including
lead generation, presentations, BOQ preparation, negotiations, and closures
.
Collaborate with the design, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth client servicing.
Represent the company in client meetings and industry events across India.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by management.

Key Requirements:

4–5 years of proven experience
in
commercial and interior project sales
.
Strong connections with corporate clients and decision-makers in the industry.
Knowledge of
interior sales processes, BOQ, and project-based selling
.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently with strong business acumen.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Educational Qualification:

Business, Engineering, or Interior Design
