Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a sales role 

Skills:

•Strong communication, research, negotiation, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. 

•Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales. 

•Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking software. 

•Proficiency in MS Office 

•Leadership and team-building abilities. 

•Experience in B2B/B2C sales 

•Outgoing personality, Go-Getter 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Conversion:

•Identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into successful deals. 

•Follow up on inbound leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. 

Client Relationship Management:

•Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. 

•Understand client needs and provide customized solutions. 

Team Management:

•Manage and mentor a team of sales executives 

•Monitor performance and provide coaching and guidance. 

Sales Strategy & Execution:

•Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets. 

•Work closely with marketing and product teams to align goals. 

Reporting & Analysis:

•Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs for senior management. 

◦Analyze market trends and competitor activities. 

Negotiation & Closure:

•Handle negotiations and close high-value deals. 

•Ensure timely documentation and onboarding of new clients.
