We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Gurgaon/Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the castor wheel and material handling equipment industry.
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
2. Manage and mentor sales team members to ensure performance and growth
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
4. Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
5. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, and Customer Service) to ensure seamless customer experience
7. Manage sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
1. Proven sales leadership experience in industrial equipment and products in B2B segment, consumable product manufacturing, Castor wheels and material handling industry
2. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work in a team and lead cross-functional teams
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. MBA/ B- TECH MECHANICAL/PGDM in Sales/Marketing or relevant field
