Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. This role involves identifying business opportunities, presenting solutions to clients, and closing deals to contribute to the companys sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

- Identify and prospect new customers through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client needs and recommend tailored products/services to meet their requirements.

2. Sales Target Achievement:

- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas.

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base in the assigned territory or market.

3. Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

- Deliver compelling product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.

- Negotiate terms, prepare proposals, and close sales agreements effectively.

4. Market Intelligence:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market opportunities, and challenges.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events.

6. Reporting and Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

7. Travel:

- Visit clients, attend trade shows, or conduct field sales activities as required.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, B-Tech Mechanical

- Experience: 2 - 3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive B2B industries.

Skills:

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Valid drivers license and own two wheeler
