Role Overview: You will be joining Compac Technologies India Ltd as a full-time Sales Manager (B2B) specializing in Kluber Specialty Lubricants. Your primary role will involve identifying and developing B2B sales opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and overseeing the complete sales processes. Your responsibilities will include formulating sales strategies, achieving sales targets, delivering client presentations, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional post-sales support. Collaboration with technical teams will be essential to provide customized industrial lubricant solutions that meet client requirements effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Demonstrate proven sales expertise in B2B settings, encompassing sales strategy development, lead generation, client relationship cultivation, and achievement of sales objectives. - Possess a solid technical understanding of industrial lubricants and associated products, coupled with the capability to comprehend and cater to client needs effectively. - Showcase excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. - Utilize experience with CRM tools and sales management software to enhance sales processes. - Be based on-site in Ludhiana and exhibit readiness to travel for client meetings when necessary. - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Previous exposure to industrial solutions or lubricants will be advantageous. - Exhibit strong organizational skills and effective time management. Qualification Required: - Proven sales skills in B2B environments, inclusive of sales planning, lead generation, client relationship management, and attainment of sales targets. - Sound technical knowledge of industrial lubricants and related products, complemented by the capacity to comprehend and fulfill client requirements. - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation proficiencies. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales management software. - Ability to work on-site in Ludhiana and readiness to travel for client meetings, as needed. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. - Previous experience in industrial solutions or lubricants is considered beneficial. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities.,
