Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana for a Sales Engineer/Manager specializing in B2B sales of pneumatics and drives. The role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, providing sales engineering expertise, and managing the sales cycle to meet individual and team objectives. The selected candidate will also offer technical support to clients, ensure customer satisfaction, and proactively identify new business opportunities in alignment with the company’s goals.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering, with expertise in technical sales within the pneumatics and drives domain
  • Strong Technical Support skills, including troubleshooting and providing solutions for customer needs
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities for client interaction, presentations, and team collaboration
  • Demonstrated skills in Sales and business development to drive revenue growth
  • Customer Service orientation with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and maintaining client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in industrial products, pneumatics, or drive systems is an advantage
  • Ability to travel locally as required to meet clients and support sales activities
