Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer/Manager specializing in world's leading brand FESTO for Pneumatics & Drives, located in Ludhiana. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical support, maintaining customer relationships, and offering solutions tailored to client needs. The role also involves collaborating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, seamless communication, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering, including knowledge of pneumatics and drive systems
• Experience in Technical Support, offering innovative and client-focused solutions
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, ensuring clear and effective interaction with clients and teams
• Proven ability in Sales and client relationship management
• Understanding of industrial products and processes is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently
