Job Description

As a Strategic Account Manager at OneStack, your role will involve developing and executing strategic plans to effectively manage and grow key accounts in the region. You will be responsible for building strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention. Additionally, you will need to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling neobanking solutions to maximize the value clients receive. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic plans for key account management - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations - Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Articulate and demonstrate the value added by OneStack's products - Gather client feedback and insights to enhance products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions - Take ownership of revenue generation within the territory - Effectively communicate and present in the Local language when interacting with clients - Willingness to travel in and across the city for up to 10 days a month Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field - 2+ years of relevant experience in key account management, preferably in the banking or fintech sector - Proficient in spoken and written Gujarati/Marathi for effective communication with clients - Demonstrated experience in sales, account planning, and execution - Strong client relationship-building skills with a focus on customer satisfaction - Ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and effectively forecast account growth - Excellent collaboration skills to work with internal teams - Passion for fintech innovation and a commitment to delivering excellence This job posting was from OneStack, and the hiring manager is Pooja Bhavin Sheth.,
