Senior Sales Manager – OEM & Business Development (EV Powertrain)

Attron Automotive is an advanced electric powertrain company designing and manufacturing high-performance motors and controllers for electric 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers, agri-mobility, and industrial applications.


Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager who can take ownership of driving OEM and B2B sales across India.

This role demands a proactive professional with strong experience in technical sales, lead generation, and strategic account management, capable of blending hands-on field work with high-level business strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Visit OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and strategic partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Identify and qualify leads across EV, agritech, and industrial segments; convert them into long-term accounts.
  • Lead techno-commercial discussions, proposal creation, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and product teams to align customer requirements with product offerings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle — from outreach to closure and account growth.
  • Build strong industry relationships, monitor market trends, and identify emerging opportunities.
  • Represent Attron Automotive at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B technical sales / OEM business development, preferably in EV, automotive, or industrial components.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in OEMs and Tier-1 companies.
  • Strong understanding of motors, controllers, or EV systems is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and marketing planning.
  • Engineering background (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics) preferred.
