Job Title: Sales Executive / Manager - Flexible Workspaces

About The Role

You'll join a dynamic team in the flexible workspace industry, focused on driving revenue, building and maintaining client relationships, and supporting post-sales onboarding across a portfolio of workspace solutions. This role is suited to experienced managers and ambitious associates who can generate leads, convert prospects, and collaborate with operations and partners to deliver exceptional client outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation
  • Achieve sales targets for office space leasing (flexi desks, dedicated desks, private cabins up to 20 seats).
  • Cross-sell services such as meeting rooms, virtual offices, day passes, and training rooms.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with clients.
Lead Management & Prospecting
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone and online platforms.
  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and aggregator platforms.
  • Convert leads into site visits and successful closures.
Client Relationship Management
  • Conduct centre tours and present tailored workspace solutions based on client needs.
  • Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth onboarding and timely issue resolution.
Reporting & Market Intelligence
  • Maintain accurate sales MIS with lead, proposal, and conversion data.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline status, conversion metrics, and forecasts.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy.
Aggregator & Broker Engagement
  • Manage relationships with coworking aggregators and brokers (for example: Qdesq, MyHQ, Cofynd).
  • Drive lead generation through existing partners and explore new partnerships.
Team Collaboration & Leadership (Manager Level)
  • Mentor junior sales team members and foster a high-performance culture.
  • Align team goals with business objectives and monitor productivity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2–9 years of experience in B2B sales, real estate, hospitality, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Consultative selling approach with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
  • Self-driven, accountable, and a collaborative team player.
