Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafeterias, Corporate Canteens, QSRs, and Institutional Kitchens.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and end customers.
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals successfully.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with design, project, and production teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and client satisfaction.
Prepare and present monthly/quarterly sales reports to management.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and payment collections.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Business Administration / Marketing (MBA preferred).
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
Strong network with architects, consultants, and hospitality industry stakeholders will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively for business development.
