Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join our team at Angel Bricks. This full-time, on-site role will have you lead the sales team, craft and execute sales strategies, manage key client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets. You will be pivotal in driving the growth and success of the company. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company goals. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximize business opportunities. Identify new business prospects and convert leads into sales. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance customer experience and sales outcomes. Ensure timely achievement of sales deadlines and targets. Qualifications & Skills: 3-4 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in real estate. Strong skills in sales strategy development and execution. Excellent client relationship management and business development capabilities. Outstanding negotiation and communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
