Job Title: Sales Head/.Manager
Location: Surat, Gujarat
CTC: ₹10 – ₹12 LPA (Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives)
Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in B2B Sales, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
Team Size to Manage: 6–10 Sales Professionals
Target Audience: CA Firms, SMEs Industry Preference: SaaS, Accounting-Tech, ERP, Fintech, or related sectors

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a winning B2B sales strategy targeting CA firms and SMEs
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and existing client relationships
• Mentor, manage, and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed targets
• Stay updated on trends in SaaS, fintech, accounting-tech to adapt sales tactics
• Forecast sales, report KPIs, and work with marketing for effective campaigns

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience (2+ years in a leadership role)
• Proven expertise in SaaS, fintech, accounting-tech, or similar industries
• Strong track record of scaling sales and hitting aggressive revenue goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
