Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (CA)

Location: Surat, Gujarat
Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Salary Range: ₹12 – 15 LPA

Company Turnover: 6000 Crores, IPO soon

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes with internal teams.
• Build and update Excel-based financial models for cash flow, P&L, and balance sheets.
• Create monthly MIS reports, board presentations, and variance analysis reports.
• Prepare interim and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Analyze company performance, highlight risks or opportunities, and give financial suggestions.
• Assist in developing long-term financial plans, including 5-year projections.
• Work on finance-related projects like automation, data reporting, and cost optimization.
• Contribute to the company’s risk management with strong financial insights.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• Experience in FP&A, business finance, budgeting, or MIS reporting roles.
• Strong skills in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.
• Experience in product-based industries like retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills to present insights to management.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage data, and work independently.
• Must be based in Surat or ready to relocate (no relocation support provided).
• Big 4 consulting experience acceptable only with hands-on corporate finance or audit exposure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
