Job Title : Sr Sales Manager

Job Location Maheshwaram, Hyderabad

Industry – FMCG

Candidate should have FMCG Sales experience.

Export knowledge / International experience will be plus.

Team Management.

Detailed Work Profile:-

Sales experience in FMCG
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Manage, support, and motivate the sales team within the assigned area.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
