🌟 Role and Responsibilities

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Sales Executives to drive business growth across all loan products. You will own the sales strategy, team performance, and overall target achievement for the region.


Team Leadership & Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing sales team.


Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective sales strategies, action plans, and budgets to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (KPIs).


Performance Monitoring: Monitor individual and team performance, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions.


Market Penetration: Identify new market opportunities, develop key alliances, and drive lead generation initiatives across all loan categories.


Sales Cycle Ownership: Oversee the entire sales cycle, ensuring smooth closure, quality documentation, and exceptional client service.


Compliance & Product Knowledge: Ensure the team maintains in-depth product knowledge, adheres to regulatory guidelines, and upholds transparency standards.


Reporting: Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.


✅ Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field. MBA or a relevant Master's degree is a plus.


Experience:


Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in the BFSI sector.


A minimum of 1-2 years experience specifically in leading a sales team in multiple loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP).


Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets as a team lead/manager.


Skills:


Exceptional leadership, team-building, and mentoring abilities.


Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.


Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.


Deep understanding of the financial market, loan underwriting process, and regulatory environment.


Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
