Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Sales Leader. The Sales Leader will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team, training team members, and ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales operations, conducting market research, meeting sales targets, and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Experience in conducting Training for sales teams
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience in the elevator or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
